Job Summary

As a Service Technician based in Erfurt, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of automatic door and gate systems. Your daily activities will include the preparation, assembly, and on-site installation of these systems, followed by commissioning and handover to the client. You will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction by providing user training and conducting independent maintenance, repairs, and service work on door controls and drive systems. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and reliability, as you will manage on-site technical challenges and participate in a rotating on-call schedule during evenings and weekends.
