Job Summary

As a Measurement Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards through precise 3D measurement processes. Your daily routine involves performing, documenting, and evaluating 3D measurements on various components to ensure they meet technical specifications. You will be tasked with programming, maintaining, and optimizing measurement programs on 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM), specifically utilizing Wenzel hardware and Quartis software. A critical part of the role includes creating initial sample inspection reports (ISIR) in accordance with VDA guidelines and conducting ongoing quality inspections throughout the production cycle. This position is ideal for technical professionals with a background in machining or tool mechanics who have specialized in quality assurance.
