Job Summary

This role involves leading the connection of renewable energy generation plants to the distribution grid using intelligent transfer stations, including transformer stations and telecontrol technology. Based in Bayreuth, you will manage the entire project lifecycle from initial bid preparation to final customer acceptance, while maintaining strict control over project budgets and timelines. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and work to continuously improve internal workflows and structures.
