This role involves leading the connection of renewable energy generation plants to the distribution grid using intelligent transfer stations, including transformer stations and remote control technology. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial bidding and budget management to final customer acceptance. You will act as the primary point of contact for projects, ensuring technical standards are met while continuously optimizing internal workflows and structures. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Buildings and Energy Systems, Master Craftsman (Meister), State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering, or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in connecting energy generation plants to the distribution grid
  • Practical experience with technical connection rules for low and medium voltage (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110)
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including bidding and customer acceptance
  • Experience in commercial project oversight and budget control
