As a Research Associate at the Fraunhofer Research Institution for Battery Cell Production FFB, you will work at the cutting edge of the energy transition. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing research and industrial projects focused on the finalization stage of battery cell manufacturing. You will oversee plant operations in the 'PreFab' and 'Fab' facilities, optimize production processes, and lead quality assurance initiatives. A significant part of the role includes collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative production solutions and supervising junior researchers or students.
