In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the personnel and technical management of the Media Center staff, overseeing strategic IT planning, and implementing the city's media development plan. Your daily tasks involve conceptualizing digital learning solutions, managing IT infrastructure projects for schools, and coordinating with political stakeholders and external service providers. You will optimize administrative workflows, manage budgets, and ensure IT security and data protection standards are met across municipal educational institutions. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with a high concentration in Computer Science (e.g., Computer Science, Administrative Informatics, Business Informatics, or similar).

Experience

  • Professional leadership and management experience required
  • Proven practical experience in IT infrastructure management and IT projects
  • Experience in steering external service providers and process management
  • Desirable: Several years of practical experience in public administration, preferably in school administration
  • Desirable: Knowledge of administrative and budgetary law
