You will collaborate closely with data scientists to optimize data pipelines and clinical data management systems. This position is particularly attractive due to its high level of flexibility, offering up to 60% mobile work within Germany and the option for short-term remote work from abroad. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable subject. Relevant certifications such as CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) are welcome.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the administration of Machine Learning infrastructures, preferably within medical imaging or healthcare.
- Extensive experience in Linux system administration, including automation and scripting.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (ideally Azure) and hybrid-cloud environments.
- Professional experience with Kubernetes-based container orchestration and workload distribution.
- Experience in managing GPU clusters, specifically using NVIDIA Base Command Manager, is highly desirable.
