Education
Completed IT training, e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration
Experience
- Initial to several years of experience in IT support
- Professional experience with Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and modern cloud technologies
- Experience with mobile devices, printing solutions, and software distribution
- Experience with ticket systems

- Temporary contract (minimum 12 months); Located in Gütersloh or Dortmund, Germany; Hybrid work model (approx. 60% remote)
