The specialist will be responsible for installing, moving, adding, changing, and deleting IT equipment, including PCs, notebooks, printers, mobile data terminals, and Apple devices. A key part of the job is managing and resolving incident tickets, offering support for both hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT and hardware knowledge, particularly with Windows 10 and Apple iOS, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
