Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT infrastructure support within the Regional IT Service for the Federal Employment Agency (BA) in Augsburg. As an IT Support Assistant, you will be a key member of the Identity Management team, responsible for managing user accounts and access permissions for approximately 140,000 users. Your day-to-day activities will include providing standardized IT orientations for new users, handling administrative tasks related to electronic records (eAkte), and maintaining directory services. You will also provide second-level support via a user help desk, troubleshooting basic operational malfunctions and assisting with mailbox and storage permissions. Required Skills
Education

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in comparable tasks if applying with a secondary school diploma
