Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician for an international thermal management technology company, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical support of specialized machinery. Your daily routine involves traveling directly from home to customer sites to perform commissioning, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting system failures and providing hands-on training to clients on system operations. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy autonomy and travel, offering a modern service vehicle, professional tools, and a structured mentoring program. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification; additional qualification in Refrigeration Technology is preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical field service or industrial maintenance is highly desirable
- Experience in the commissioning and maintenance of technical systems and machinery
- Proven track record in technical fault analysis and repair
- Experience in customer communication and professional service delivery
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required; high willingness to travel (Monday to Friday) is mandatory; residence near Meinerzhagen or ability to start service trips from home.
