Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for the on-site steering and coordination of intralogistics control solutions for major international clients like Amazon and DHL. Your day-to-day work involves managing all electrical trades on construction sites, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, and overseeing the entire lifecycle from planning to commissioning and final acceptance. This role is highly dynamic, requiring 100% travel to project sites across Germany and abroad. The position is particularly attractive due to its '10/4' work model (10 days of work followed by 4 days off), a comprehensive travel package covering all logistics, and the flexibility to live anywhere in Germany. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering (Ingenieur Elektrotechnik) or State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) specializing in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in project execution and management
- Proven experience in leading teams and asserting project goals
- Experience in commissioning, performance testing, and technical acceptance of control systems
- Experience working on international construction sites
