Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the on-site execution of custom intralogistics control solutions for major international clients like Amazon and DHL. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating all technical trades on-site, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, and overseeing the commissioning and acceptance testing of control systems. This role is highly mobile, involving 100% travel to project sites across Germany and abroad. The position is unique for its '10/4' schedule—10 days of work followed by 4 days of time off—and a comprehensive travel package that handles all logistics. While the company is based in Ettlingen, you can live anywhere as long as you are willing to travel. The role offers a family-like atmosphere without corporate bureaucracy, providing significant autonomy and the chance to manage large-scale automation projects for global logistics leaders.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering (Ingenieur) or State-certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) specializing in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in project execution and management
- Experience in managing construction sites and coordinating multiple technical trades
- Proven experience in commissioning, performance testing, and system acceptance
- Experience in leading teams and asserting project goals in a fast-paced environment

- 100% travel readiness for domestic and international project sites is mandatory. Must be comfortable with a 10-days-on, 4-days-off work schedule. Remote living is possible, though initial onboarding occurs in Ettlingen.
