Job Summary

This high-impact role involves leading a team of project quality engineers for sophisticated battery projects across multiple locations. You will be responsible for preventive quality planning throughout the entire Product Creation Process (PEP), including cost planning and monitoring quality-related project milestones. A key part of the day-to-day work includes preparing series releases according to PPAP and VDA 2 standards, monitoring quality KPIs, and reporting progress to both internal stakeholders and external customers. You will act as the central point of contact for development, project management, and production departments, and will regularly present project statuses to the executive board.
