Job Summary
This role is for an IT Professional specializing in client and system support within the Police Headquarters Upper Palatinate's operational technology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT workstations, including installation, administration, and maintenance of Windows-based systems and peripherals. Key duties involve software deployment, user and access rights management, and providing first-level support, both on-site and remotely. The position also entails involvement in hardware and software procurement and providing technical assistance during special police operations.
