Job Summary

As a Digital Pathology Application Consultant, you will be a key driver in advancing cancer diagnostics by designing and delivering sophisticated informatics and workflow-based solutions. Operating fully remotely within the commercial solutions department, you will bridge the gap between technical IT ecosystems and clinical needs. Your daily responsibilities involve conducting deep-dive audits of customer IT environments, performing current and future state analyses, and designing integrated solutions that encompass PACS, DICOM, and LIS systems. You will act as a subject matter expert during the sales process, translating complex technical concepts for non-IT stakeholders and overcoming technical objections from customer IT departments. This role is unique in its focus on the entire specimen journey—from collection to diagnosis—ensuring that data and physical workflows are perfectly synchronized to improve laboratory efficiency and patient outcomes.
