Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and managing departmental resources, implementing chair-related personnel budgeting, and coordinating the onboarding process for newly appointed professors. A major focus of this role will be the organizational coordination of the Juridicum building renovation (2026–2030), where you will independently manage relocation and space planning. This position requires a candidate with strong analytical skills and experience in higher education administration. The role is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract status, the opportunity for partial remote work (alternating telework), and the prestige of working for a certified 'University of Excellence.'
