Job Summary
As an HRIS Specialist and HR Controller, you will serve as the technical architect and administrator for the digital HR landscape during a critical transformation phase. Your primary focus will be the implementation and rollout of Workday as the core HR system, ensuring seamless integration with Sage payroll software. Day-to-day, you will manage system configurations, user rights, and data governance to maintain a 'Single Source of Truth' for HR reporting. You will act as a bridge between HR users and IT experts, translating business requirements into technical workflows and providing first-level support and training to the team. This role is highly attractive for professionals looking to build high-demand expertise in Workday within an international corporate environment. You will have significant autonomy to design processes and drive the digitalization of a major European healthcare group, supported by a stable, permanent contract and a collaborative team structure in Frankfurt.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on HR IT topics.
Experience
- Professional experience in HRIS administration or HR controlling
- Experience in project management, specifically regarding software rollouts or system implementations
- Practical experience with Workday or Sage is highly preferred
- Proven experience in translating HR business requirements into technical system solutions
- Background in managing data models and reporting structures

- The role is based in Frankfurt am Main. Candidates must be able to work in an international shareholder structure and manage stakeholders across different regions.
