Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to act as the architect and administrator of a digital HR landscape during a major transformation phase. You will be responsible for the rollout and optimization of Workday as a core HR system, ensuring seamless integration with Sage payroll software. Your day-to-day will involve configuring workflows, managing user permissions, and designing technical solutions for HR requirements. As the 'Master of the System,' you will bridge the gap between HR users and IT experts, ensuring data integrity and a 'Single Source of Truth' for controlling purposes. This position is particularly attractive as it allows you to shape the HR digitalization of an entire group from the ground up, gaining highly sought-after expertise in Workday within a stable, international corporate environment. You will work independently in a small, dedicated team, enjoying flat hierarchies and significant creative freedom in developing technical solutions.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on HR IT topics.

Experience

  • Professional experience in HRIS administration or HR controlling
  • Experience in project management and system rollouts
  • Proven track record in managing interfaces between HR systems and payroll tools
  • Experience in translating HR requirements into technical system solutions
  • Practical experience with Workday or Sage is highly preferred
