Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on HR IT.

Experience

  • Professional experience in HRIS administration or HR controlling
  • Experience in managing system rollouts or digital transformation projects
  • Proven track record in configuring workflows and managing user permissions
  • Experience with Workday or Sage is highly preferred
  • Experience acting as a liaison between HR users and IT departments
