Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to act as the architect and administrator of a digital HR landscape during a major transformation phase. You will be at the forefront of implementing Workday as the core HR system and integrating it with Sage payroll software. Your day-to-day will involve managing system rollouts, configuring workflows, and ensuring data integrity as the 'Single Source of Truth' for HR controlling. You will bridge the gap between HR requirements and technical execution, designing processes that automate data flow across reporting tools. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who enjoys project management and system administration. It is particularly attractive because Workday expertise is highly sought after in the current market, and you will have the creative freedom to develop best-fit solutions for a large European healthcare group. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on HR IT.
Experience
- Professional experience in HRIS administration or HR controlling
- Experience in managing system rollouts or digital transformation projects
- Proven track record in configuring workflows and managing user permissions
- Experience with Workday or Sage is highly preferred
- Experience acting as a liaison between HR users and IT departments

- The role requires the ability to work on-site in Frankfurt am Main. Candidates must be comfortable working within an international shareholder structure and presenting technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
