As an HRIS Specialist and HR Controller, you will serve as the technical architect and administrator for the digital HR landscape during a critical transformation phase. Your primary focus will be the implementation and rollout of Workday as the core HR system, ensuring seamless integration with Sage payroll software. Day-to-day, you will manage system configurations, user rights, and data governance to maintain a 'Single Source of Truth' for HR reporting. You will act as a bridge between HR users and IT experts, translating business requirements into technical workflows and providing first-level support and training to the team.
