Job Summary

As a General Ledger Accountant, you will be responsible for the core accounting functions within the finance department. Your day-to-day duties include managing the general ledger, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB (German GAAP), and overseeing fixed asset accounting. You will handle account reconciliations, intercompany clearing, and ensure seamless integration between sub-ledgers and the main ledger. A key aspect of this role is the active participation in process optimization and financial projects to improve departmental efficiency.
