As a Master Electrician, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing the technical and organizational management of an electrical team. Your daily responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring electrotechnical projects within the machinery and plant engineering sector. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems, as well as performing detailed error analysis and troubleshooting. A unique aspect of this role is the initial 1-2 year onboarding phase, which involves field-based assembly work on a rotation of two weeks on-site followed by one week at home to deeply familiarize yourself with the equipment and teams.
