As a Master Electrician, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing the technical and organizational management of an electrical team. Your daily responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring electrotechnical projects within the machinery and plant engineering sector. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems, as well as performing detailed error analysis and troubleshooting. A unique aspect of this role is the initial 1-2 year onboarding phase, which involves field-based assembly work on a rotation of two weeks on-site followed by one week at home to deeply familiarize yourself with the equipment and teams. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys technical optimization, mentoring staff, and ensuring high safety and quality standards. Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Elektromeister) or equivalent higher vocational qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister) or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive experience in electrotechnical maintenance, installation, or project management
  • Proven experience in leading and developing technical personnel
  • Practical experience in reading electrical schematics and using diagnostic tools
  • Experience working within machinery or industrial plant environments
