Job Summary

This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a Master Electrician to lead and organize an electrical team while managing technical projects within the plant and machinery sector. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of electrical systems, including planning, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair. A significant part of the role involves troubleshooting complex machinery and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. What makes this position unique is the initial 1-2 year onboarding phase, which includes field assembly work on a rotation of two weeks on-site followed by one week at home. This allows for deep technical immersion and team integration before transitioning into broader leadership and disposition duties. The position is highly attractive due to its permanent contract status, flexible working models (including a four-day week option), and high-quality equipment provided by the employer.
