Job Summary
As the Head of the Electrical Workshop at WaldrichSiegen, you will lead the electrical assembly department for a world-leading manufacturer of large-scale machine tools. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the technical and disciplinary leadership of a specialized team, ensuring seamless coordination between the assembly and commissioning departments. You will act as a vital bridge to the electrical design team to drive continuous improvement of products and internal processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Industrial Electronics Technician, followed by further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in industrial electrical assembly or control cabinet construction
- Leadership experience in a production or workshop environment
- Experience in the commissioning and assembly of PLC-controlled machines or systems is preferred
- Proven track record in coordinating multi-departmental workflows between assembly and design
