Job Summary

As a Metrology Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of high-precision ZEISS measuring machines and various inspection equipment. Your primary focus will be on conducting incoming goods inspections, component checks, and internal testing of assemblies to ensure the highest quality standards. You will be tasked with creating detailed measurement protocols, documenting quality defects, and handling complaints. Additionally, you will manage the preparation, setup, and adjustment of measuring instruments. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Cutting Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in quality assurance and metrology tasks
- Experience in operating measuring and testing equipment
- Knowledge of coordinate measuring technology and ZEISS machines preferred
- Experience in documenting quality defects and processing complaints
- Background in mechanical manufacturing or industrial mechanics
