Job Summary

This role involves joining Paul Bauder GmbH & Co. KG, Europe's leading manufacturer of roofing systems, at their Herten location. As a Laboratory Technician specializing in Polyurethane (PU) foams, you will be responsible for process optimization in the production of PU insulation materials and conducting detailed analysis of product or quality deviations. Your day-to-day tasks include performing quality assurance tests, documenting results, and managing product certifications in collaboration with external testing institutes. You will also play a key role in qualifying new raw materials and coordinating with suppliers. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys teamwork and structured problem-solving.
