Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the quality and production processes of polyurethane (PU) insulation materials at Paul Bauder GmbH & Co. KG in Herten. As a key member of the laboratory team, you will be responsible for process optimization, analyzing product deviations, and defining corrective measures to ensure high standards.
