Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer for Data Center Systems, you will play a critical role in supporting regional engineering teams across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Your daily responsibilities involve overseeing the construction, commissioning, and operation of electrical infrastructures, ensuring high availability and operational reliability. You will be responsible for technical reporting, identifying efficiency improvements, and approving high-risk technical changes. A key part of the role includes conducting root cause analyses for incidents and leading scenario-based training for site teams. This position is unique for its blend of high-level technical oversight and hands-on project management within the critical infrastructure of global data centers. You will act as a subject matter expert for high-voltage switching operations while collaborating with multinational teams to implement global technical standards.
