Job Summary
As a Junior IT Support Specialist / Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, instructors, and staff regarding all IT-related inquiries. Your daily responsibilities will involve providing first-level support, managing user permissions, and maintaining Surface tablets for trainees. Beyond routine maintenance, you will play a key role in modernizing the organization's digital landscape by supporting the implementation of a new training system and helping shape the future IT infrastructure. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional looking to grow their technical skills in a collaborative educational environment. The role offers the unique advantage of working with modern management tools like Intune and Azure while gaining hands-on experience in server and network administration within a supportive framework.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the Microsoft environment including Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune
- Experience in server administration and network management
- Experience in software distribution and SQL database administration
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and user support
