Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries and technical issues, providing support via telephone, email, and in-person visits. The successful candidate will be responsible for the initial recording, analysis, and classification of IT incidents, ensuring all tickets are documented and tracked until resolution. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring new hardware and software for end-users and offering general assistance with Microsoft 365 and standard operating systems. Required Skills
