Job Summary

As a Site Manager for large-scale construction and energy projects, you will serve as the primary interface between the client and various stakeholders, managing all contractual matters and authority relations. Your daily responsibilities involve overseeing on-site workforce management, ensuring that all activities align with contractual milestones, schedules, and budget constraints. You will be responsible for the clear communication of the Scope of Work and Division of Work, while managing on-site change processes and subcontractor variations. A significant portion of the role focuses on quality assurance, documentation, and leading a strong Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; Certified HSE knowledge.

Experience

  • 6+ years of Site Management experience in large energy or industrial construction projects
  • Professional experience managing contractual matters and authority relationships
  • Proven track record in leading major EPC converter station or complex consortium projects
  • Experience in change management and variation orders for subcontractors
  • Strong commercial and contractual background
