Job Summary

As a Site Manager at Brunel, you will serve as the primary interface for clients and authorities on large-scale energy and industrial construction projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing on-site workforce management, ensuring all activities align with contractual milestones, schedules, and budgets. You will be responsible for managing the Scope of Work (SoW) and Division of Work (DoW), including handling change processes and variation orders for subcontractors. A significant part of the role involves maintaining high standards for quality, documentation, testing, and customer acceptance, while fostering a rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture. This position is particularly attractive for experienced professionals looking to lead major EPC converter station and complex consortium projects within a rapidly growing industry. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; Certified HSE knowledge.

Experience

  • 6+ years of Site Management experience in large energy or industrial construction projects
  • Extensive experience in managing contractual matters and relationships with authorities
  • Proven track record in leading major EPC converter station and complex consortium projects
  • Solid experience in Civil Works, Installation, and/or Commissioning
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial and contractual negotiations
