Job Summary
This role is central to the successful transition of wind farm projects from the construction phase into active operations at ENGIE Deutschland. As an Operational Readiness & IT Expert, you will coordinate a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, including project developers, engineers, and wind turbine manufacturers. Your day-to-day will involve integrating wind turbine control systems, park regulators, and third-party software into operational management platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring project documentation is complete and quality-assured while contributing to the continuous improvement of digitalization and quality processes. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of IT integration and renewable energy engineering. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences, or technical training as a Technician/Master Craftsman, or a technical vocational qualification with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the wind energy sector
- Proven experience in the integration and connection of wind farm IT systems
- Experience working with SCADA systems and operational management software
- Professional experience in coordinating internal and external stakeholders such as manufacturers and service providers

- Class B driver's license required; willingness to travel occasionally to wind farm sites within Germany; location based in Berlin or Bremen.
