Job Summary

This role involves taking on the critical position of Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK) and Team Lead for large-scale event venues in Berlin. You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and measurement, search, and control (MSR) systems across two major facilities. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring building management systems (BMS), troubleshooting technical faults, and overseeing the implementation of optimization measures. A significant part of the role involves safety compliance, specifically managing DGUV testing, documenting technical work, and instructing other electrical specialists. This position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract, collective bargaining agreement benefits (GVP/DGB), up to 30 days of vacation, and the opportunity for direct takeover by the client company. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or MSR Technology; plus mandatory qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering, electronics, or MSR technology
  • Leadership experience as a Team Lead or Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK)
  • Experience in the operation and maintenance of large-scale buildings or event venues
  • Experience with building automation and building management systems (BMS)
  • Experience in conducting DGUV inspections and technical documentation
  • Preferred: Experience with medium voltage switching authorization up to 36 kV
