Job Summary
As a SharePoint Developer at BWI, you will play a critical role in ensuring the digital future of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Working within the Collaboration Enterprise Content Management Frontend department, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of document and content management systems. Your day-to-day tasks involve developing provisioning scripts, designing architectural concepts for lifecycle management, and implementing ordering processes in an agile environment. You will work primarily with On-Premise solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint and Nintex Automation. This position is ideal for IT professionals who value national security and want to work on one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an IT-related field
- Extensive experience in developing complex scripts with PowerShell and PnP-PowerShell
- Proven experience in software architecture, including design and conceptual work
- Experience managing release processes and technical documentation
- Practical experience with version control systems such as Git or GitLab
- Experience with CSOM development and migration tools like ShareGate

- The role is available in Munich or nationwide at various BWI locations. Candidates must be prepared to work in a security-sensitive environment supporting the German Armed Forces.
