Job Summary

This role involves joining the Information Systems department to work on the 'KIDaS' project, focusing on AI-supported data platforms for social services. As a Research Associate, you will actively shape the application of Generative AI and Agentic AI, developing autonomous agents and researching their impact on human-centric socio-technical systems. Your day-to-day will involve advising small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on AI adoption, conducting empirical studies, and designing innovative digital services. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Psychology.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT consulting, industry, or application-oriented research and development projects is preferred
  • Experience with formal graph theory or Knowledge Graph applications is an advantage
  • Demonstrated interest in AI technologies and socio-technical systems
  • Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and organizational management
