Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineering Technician specializing in transformer components, you will join a team dedicated to manufacturing critical parts for power transformers, a cornerstone of modern energy supply. Your daily responsibilities involve the precise production of various windings, including disc and layer windings, using both horizontal and vertical winding machines. You will also be responsible for conducting quality inspections throughout the winding process to ensure global reliability. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work with state-of-the-art machinery. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training (Apprenticeship) or Higher Technical Institute (HTL) degree in the electrical or metal sectors.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the electrical or metalworking sector
  • Experience in precision manufacturing or assembly of technical components
  • Experience working in a shift-based production environment (3-shift system)
  • Experience in quality-conscious manual production work

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Willingness to work a 3-shift rotation is mandatory. Must be willing to acquire internal 'Winder' qualification. Crane operator's license is preferred but not required. Location: Graz, Austria.
