Job Summary

This role involves training and mentoring apprentices in the field of electrical engineering and automation technology. On a day-to-day basis, you will independently conduct training sessions covering PLC programming, automation, occupational safety, pneumatics, and mechanics. You will act as a mentor, guiding practical projects and supporting the personal and professional development of young trainees as they prepare for their final examinations. Beyond instruction, you will be responsible for monitoring learning progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with vocational schools and internal departments to keep the curriculum updated with the latest technological standards. Required Skills

Education

Experience
