As a Site Manager for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) at BREMER Ost GmbH, you will serve as the technical specialist for heating, ventilation, sanitation, air conditioning, and electrical systems on demanding construction sites across the Berlin and Brandenburg region. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Master Craftsman, State-Certified Technician, or a University Degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in HVAC or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in the planning, execution, and billing of technical building services (MEP)
- Experience in coordinating and steering construction site teams
- Experience in leading technical site personnel
- Experience in implementing BIM methodologies within technical trades
