Job Summary
As a Civil Engineer or Technician at BREMER, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of industrial and commercial construction projects. Your daily responsibilities include creating detailed CAD execution plans and modeling exterior facilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will independently manage official permit applications, such as drainage requests and water law permits, while performing technical drainage dimensioning and Cut & Fill calculations. Furthermore, you will optimize civil engineering plans, select appropriate foundation methods, and manage budgets for civil engineering trades. This role requires a blend of technical precision and effective communication, as you will collaborate closely with internal departments, external service providers, and clients. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed economically and to the highest quality standards from initial concept to final realization. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification as a Civil Engineering Technician or Master Craftsman.
Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering, ideally within the industrial and commercial real estate sector.
- Demonstrated experience in the planning and execution of civil engineering projects.
- Experience in managing official permit processes and regulatory compliance.
