Job Summary
As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Communardo Products, you will spearhead the transformation of a successful B2B SaaS vendor into a high-velocity, solution-led enterprise organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, your primary mission is to unify Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success into a cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) machine. You will be instrumental in repositioning the company's portfolio from standalone apps into strategic Solution Suites focused on Knowledge & Work and Developer Experience. Day-to-day, you will architect partner motions within the Atlassian ecosystem, build a Customer Success function from scratch, and implement robust RevOps data structures. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives on autonomy and is eager to lead a 65-person team toward AI-integrated, enterprise-grade cloud solutions. - Experience managing and aligning cross-functional teams (Marketing, Channel, Sales)
- Experience within the Atlassian ecosystem is highly preferred
