Job Summary
The VP Operations is a strategic leadership role focused on transforming Communardo Group from a collection of regional businesses into a unified, scalable European technology platform. You will be responsible for architecting the Group Operating Model, driving post-merger integration (PMI) for newly acquired entities, and standardizing delivery excellence across the DACH, Nordics, and BeNeLux regions. Day-to-day, you will lead a Group Operations and Process Excellence team, oversee performance governance through KPIs like utilization and margin, and evolve the service delivery model to include AI-infused and IP-based offerings. This position is ideal for a systems thinker who enjoys building structure and driving operational maturity in a fast-growing, private equity-backed environment. It offers the unique opportunity to directly influence the group's EBITDA and enterprise readiness while working closely with regional COOs and the executive board to harmonize international operations.

- Extensive experience in operating model design and building standardized delivery models

- Experience operating effectively in matrixed, multi-country environments
