As a Senior AI & Automation Developer at mgm technology partners, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing complex enterprise solutions focused on Conversational AI, voicebots, and process automation. Your daily responsibilities will include architecting intelligent systems for automated document analysis, implementing RAG-based systems, and integrating advanced speech technologies such as Whisper and Azure Speech Services. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to lead technical implementations, conduct quality assurance, and mentor colleagues through training on modern AI methodologies like Agentic Coding.
