Job Summary

As a Senior AI & Automation Developer at mgm technology partners, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing complex enterprise solutions focused on Conversational AI, voicebots, and process automation. Your daily responsibilities will include architecting intelligent systems for automated document analysis, implementing RAG-based systems, and integrating advanced speech technologies such as Whisper and Azure Speech Services. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to lead technical implementations, conduct quality assurance, and mentor colleagues through training on modern AI methodologies like Agentic Coding. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional software development experience with Python in an enterprise environment
  • Proven experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java, specifically related to API design or cloud integration
  • Extensive experience with AI technologies and natural language processing (NLP)
  • Professional experience in technical leadership, coaching, or training teams
  • Experience in implementing new methodologies such as RAG-based systems and Agentic Coding
