Job Summary

As a Senior Software Developer for AI & Automation at mgm technology partners, you will play a pivotal role in the company's transformation into a hybrid project and product house. Your daily responsibilities include designing and developing complex enterprise-level Conversational AI solutions, voicebots, and process automation systems. You will lead the technical architecture and quality assurance for large-scale projects, while mentoring colleagues in modern AI methodologies such as Agentic Coding and RAG-based systems. This role is highly technical, requiring the integration of advanced speech technologies and the development of intelligent document analysis tools. Required Skills

Education

  • Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies, speech processing, and automation tools
  • Experience in technical leadership, including conducting trainings and coaching team members
