This role offers a dynamic split-schedule opportunity to drive digitalization within the healthcare sector. Operating in alternating weekly blocks, you will spend one week providing regional on-site technical field service—installing, configuring, and maintaining proprietary healthcare software in medical facilities—and the following week providing 1st and 2nd level remote support from your home office. Beyond technical maintenance, you will be responsible for conducting initial training sessions for medical staff, troubleshooting network and database issues, and documenting service processes.
