Job Summary

This role is central to advancing the digital future of the healthcare sector, focusing on providing specialized IT services for proprietary healthcare software solutions. The position operates on a structured weekly rotation: one week dedicated to regional technical field service, involving the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software directly within medical facilities. The alternate week focuses on delivering remote 1st and 2nd Level Support from a home office location. Key responsibilities include conducting initial training and instruction for medical personnel, analyzing and resolving technical issues, and meticulously documenting service processes within a ticketing system. The ideal candidate will possess completed IT vocational training, familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN), various operating systems (Linux and/or Microsoft), and databases, combined with a strong customer focus and excellent German communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible work arrangements and contributing to a meaningful cause.
