Job Summary

This role involves supporting the digital future of medical facilities by providing specialized IT services for proprietary healthcare software. The work is structured in alternating weekly blocks: one week dedicated to regional field service, focusing on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software in medical institutions; and the following week handling remote 1st and 2nd level technical support from a home office. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, documenting service processes, and conducting initial training and instruction for medical personnel, both on-site and remotely. The ideal candidate possesses an IT qualification, familiarity with networking, operating systems (Linux/Microsoft), and databases, and demonstrates a customer-oriented, structured, and reliable approach.
