Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician for a primary digitalization partner of the German Armed Forces, you will play a critical role in maintaining one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures. Operating out of the Munich (North) service center, your daily responsibilities will involve providing direct on-site support to users, including troubleshooting, hardware installation, and system upgrades. You will handle IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) tasks across IT and telecommunications environments, ensuring that network and server systems are fully operational.
