This role involves the comprehensive design and management of municipal road construction projects for the City of Witten's Civil Engineering Office. You will be responsible for creating detailed design and execution plans (HOAI phases 3-5) using specialized software like AutoCAD and VESTRA. Beyond technical design, the position requires significant coordination with internal departments, external utility providers, and engineering firms. You will play a key role in public administration by preparing technical statements, representing planning measures in political committees, and engaging with citizens and local businesses.
